Eligible return requests may be initiated within 30 days of delivery, but items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The item came on time, it's exactly as it looks. I didn't expect the only give in the fabric to be a small elastic in the back, but once i got used to it a little it's not so bad. I've bought one other bonnet from this company that I also loved and it had stretchy wraps and the band around the head was as well. The fabric is gorgeous though and my hair doesn't turn into a rats nest overnight. I love it <3

Everything was great with quality and shipping but I only got a solid Emerald Green instead of the “Emerald Green & Gold”
Edit: I spoke to the seller she was very sweet and understanding and offered to send the correct order. Shipping was quicker than the first order but when I received the new order I was the same order. I have two of the same bonnet now.
