ABOUT OUR HAIR
What is the Queen Collection?
The Queen Collection is our single donor raw hair collection. All of the hair included in the Queen Collection has not undergone any chemical or steam processing whatsoever. Our raw hair bundles are created from one donor and the texture remains the same from donation to wefting. Our raw hair can last up to 3 years with proper care.
What is the Princess Collection?
The Princess Collection is our virgin hair collection. Most of the hair included in the Princess Collection may have undergone some form of processing to achieve a different curl or wave pattern. In addition, multiple donor hair is used to create one hair bundle. Our virgin remy hair can last up to one year with proper care.
What is remy hair?
The term “remy” is defined as having all of the hair cuticles aligned in the same direction. Cuticle alignment is important as it prevents the hair from tangling and matting. When all of the hair cuticles are running in the same direction, there is a very low chance that the hair will become tangled or matted if taken care of properly.
Do you carry remy hair?
Yes, we only carry remy hair.
Can virgin hair be remy?
Yes. Our virgin hair is remy hair, as is all of the hair used in our hair closure and wigs. All of our hair comes from cuticle aligned donated hair.
Where is your hair from?
Our hair comes from Southeast Asia. Specifically, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar (Burma).
How light can your hair bleach?
Our Queen Collection hair is raw and can be bleached up to a level 10 blond (613) easily, while our Princess Collection hair can be bleached to a level 8 (27) blond easily.
Why can’t your Princess Collection hair bleach to a 613?
It’s not that it can’t, but we don't suggest that you lift your Princess Collection hair to a level 10 because the hair is from multiple donors. When combining different types of hair to make a hair bundle, some strands of the hair may not lift as soon as the other strands because the hair comes from different people who may have used different products on the hair, or dyed the hair previously. Doing so may over-process some hair strands, which may cause extreme breakage or irreversible damage.
Can I dye the hair?
Yes. Our hair is 100% human and can be dyed any color with the correct products. However, we suggest that you consult with a professional for all of your hair coloring needs.

We ship all of our items through USPS Priority Mail with signature required, which may take 1-4 business day(s) to arrive to your address.
Can I pick up the hair?
No. We do not offer a pickup option. All orders are done online and shipped.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at the moment. Please view the shipping time-frame. We do offer fast shipping options for in-stock wigs only.
HAIR CARE
How often should I wash my hair extensions?
You should treat your hair extensions like your own hair. We suggest that you wash your hair extensions at least once a week to remove product buildup, your own natural oils and to add moisture back to the hair cuticle.
What products do you suggest that I use on the hair?
I suggest that you use a moisture locking conditioner and a heat protectant on the hair when using heating tools. Please remember that hair care is your responsibility. Treat your hair extensions like your own hair.
