Thank you for shopping with Prince Hair Company. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, with special details for our raw and virgin hair preorders.
1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Payment processing can take up to 3 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or major U.S. holidays.
2. PLEASE READ: RAW & VIRGIN HAIR PREORDERS
ALL RAW AND VIRGIN HAIR MUST BE PREORDERED.

Our raw and virgin hair is custom ordered from our factory.

It typically takes approximately 1 week for our factory to complete these hair orders.

Once we receive the hair from our factory and your payment has been successfully processed, we will ship your order within 24 hours (business days).
We ship all of our items through USPS Priority Mail, which may take up to 4 days to arrive to your shipping address, depending on USPS and your location.
PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY HAIR APPOINTMENTS OR MAKE ANY PLANS UNTIL YOU HAVE THE HAIR IN YOUR HAND.
Processing times, factory timelines, and carrier delays are outside of our direct control. We strongly recommend planning any installs or appointments only after you physically receive your hair.
3. In-Stock Items
If by chance the item is in stock (not a preorder):

We will ship the item to you after your payment has been successfully processed, which can take up to 3 business days.

Once processed, in-stock orders are typically shipped within 1 business day.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and First Class Mail.

These methods usually delivers within 1–5 business days after the package has been accepted by USPS.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier constraints may extend delivery times.
Prince Hair Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your payment has been processed and your order has shipped, we will inform you via email.

Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to update in the USPS system.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout:

We ship to the exact address provided at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS:

Risk of loss and title pass to you.

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and contact USPS to file a claim, then email us at service@princehaircompany.com with your order number and photos so we can assist where possible.
While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered.
8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout (customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer).
