Head size and hair capacity
Head fit: The adjustable band fits approximately 21–24 inches of head circumference. Measure around your head just above your ears and across your forehead before ordering.
Hair capacity: This medium-large cap measures 38 cm in diameter. That cap measurement is separate from the band's head-circumference range. The room your hair needs depends on its length, thickness and style. Gather hair loosely inside; long or thick locs and bulky braids may need a bonnet with more room even if your head measurement falls within the fit range.

Will it stay on all night?
The adjustable elastic band and sliding adjuster are designed to help keep the bonnet in place overnight. Results can vary with your fit, hairstyle and movement during sleep.
Can men and women wear it?
Yes. The unisex design offers the same adjustable fit across all six colorways. Choose your preferred solid color or print.
Can I wear it with CPAP headgear?
Several customers have told us they wear our no-tie bonnet with their CPAP headgear. These are individual experiences, and compatibility can vary by mask, headgear and fit. We cannot guarantee it will work with every setup.
How to wear it
Tuck your hair inside loosely and position the wide band comfortably around your hairline. Pull the elastic band through the sliding adjuster to customize the fit. Aim for a snug fit without overtightening.

My bonnet was received on time and the packaging was cute! I love the material used as it is so soft and silky feeling but if high quality material! Will be purchasing again!

I’d recommend any of PHC’s other bonnets. The sewing quality on this one is as good as their other bonnets, but it is so small. Even with it set as large as it can go, it really digs into my skin and leaves marks. I can’t find a way to wear it that stays secure without crushing my ears. The band is also much wider than the elastic inside of it, so it’s easy for it to end up twisted or folded. It also means that there’s no way to wear it that doesn’t flatten my hairline unless I have it all the way down at my eyebrows, in which case it’s quite uncomfortable. I’m a capable seamster so I will probably take it apart and make some adjustments to it, but I would not recommend this for adults because my head isn’t even that big.
