Eligible return requests may be initiated within 30 days of delivery, but items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Opened or visibly worn bonnets and similar personal-use items are excluded for hygiene reasons unless damaged, defective or incorrect.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Opened or worn bonnets, headbands, and similar personal-use items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
