I ordered the charmeuse satin headbands in hot pink, tangerine, and soft pink. The package arrived with the hot pink, the tangerine, and the mauve with a thoughtful note explaining the soft pink was our of stock - that the color was refunded and the mauve was sent as a replacement. I was impressed, not only with the beautiful mauve headband (it looked so pretty on the model and I was tempted to get it too but held off), but also with the character of the shop to make everything more than right. Outstanding customer care! I'd add extra stars if I could. In addition, the package contained an informative message card and a fun Chicago fact card. This shop is an easy favorite ❤
